Amy was very helpful and responsive! We were a little surprised that there wasn't any housekeeping - even if it wasn't daily, it would have been nice to have someone stop by once or twice to pick up towels and vacuum.That said, everything was just as we expected - which is a relief when you're trying something for the first time.
